The Great Cereal Race: A Community-Wide Success! šŸ„£šŸƒā€ā™‚ļø

Posted Date: 12/06/24 (2:53 PM)

Putnam County Elementary students raced to make a differenceā€”and they truly delivered! WithĀ 562 cereal boxes collected, these young leaders demonstrated the power of teamwork and compassion, making a lasting impact on our community.
The Great Cereal Race, organized with the help of Mrs. Mandy Tipton, our elementary school counselor, and the Elementary Student Council, challenged students to collect as many cereal boxes as possible. The results? A heartwarming display of generosity and effort. The collected boxes will be donated to both our local food pantry and ourĀ school market, ensuring families in need have access to these essential items.
This initiative ties perfectly with our Comprehensive School Improvement Plan (CSIP) goals, fostering community engagement, teamwork, and developingĀ compassionate leaders among our students. From stacking boxes to cheering each other on, our elementary students showed how small actions can lead to BIG changes!
We extend our gratitude to everyone who made this event possibleā€”our students, staff, families, and community members. Your generosity and support remind us why Putnam County is such an amazing place to call home. šŸ’™
Please join us in giving a big round of applause to our incredible elementary students for their hard work and dedication! Together, weā€™re making a difference.
