Putnam County R-I Schools is looking for a dedicated, organized, and friendly individual to join our team as the Middle School Secretary.

We’re seeking someone who:

Communicates clearly and kindly with students, families, and staff

Stays organized while juggling schedules, paperwork, and daily surprises

Handles confidential information with professionalism and care

Can stay calm, helpful, and upbeat—even when the front office is buzzing with activity

This is a great opportunity to be the friendly face that helps our middle school run smoothly. You’ll work closely with Mr. Tipton, PCMS Principal, and the middle school staff.
