Potential Opening: RootED Advisor at Putnam County R-I

​​​​Putnam County R-I is excited to announce a potential full-time opening for a RootED Advisor to help guide our high school students in workforce and college planning!
This grant-funded role comes with benefits and a starting salary of $20,227.50 (Step 1). While currently only guaranteed for one year, future employment will depend on additional grant awards.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist students with scholarship applications
• Coordinate college and career meetings with students and parents
• Offer guidance on workforce and college readiness
• Collect and report student data to DESE

This role works closely with HS Principal Tiffani Klinginsmith and HS Counselor Brook Fleshman to make a lasting impact on student success.
📍 Required Training: August 4–6 in Columbia, MO
