Congratulations to our September 2025 PC MVPs!

Our very first PC MVPs of the year have been crowned, and WOW did they set the tone for an amazing start to school! 

🏆Certified MVP: Andi Foster (MS Teacher)
Andi made sure the middle school came back in style with a welcome back banner for all to enjoy. Plus, she keeps the Friday energy alive with music and hallway dancing!  Talk about a champion of fun and positivity.

🏆Non-Certified MVP: Michelle Cunningham (HS Custodian)
Michelle is our summer superstar! She took on more projects than ever with less help than usual—never complaining and always making sure everything was perfect to kick off the new school year.

Welcome Back Champion: Honorable Mentions

  • Kaylee Minear – Nailed the planning for EL back-to-school night, testing schedules, and all the details in between.

  • Sue Gott – Thoughtfully crafted The First 10 Days of School workshop to help staff start strong.

  • Julie Halley – Sent personal notes and warm smiles to new Title teachers—because little gestures matter big! 

  • Cheryl Mayer – Compassion and kindness on full display as she helped new staff settle into PCR-I.

  • Jacquie Tosspon – Known for saying hello to EVERYONE—her enthusiasm is contagious! 

  • Darcee Valentine – The 1st grade team’s cheerleader, encourager, and constant support. 

  • Heather Newman – Knows every student by name, and makes them feel seen and celebrated right from day one.

  • Craig Salisbury – Kept a positive attitude while tackling all buildings and sports facilities before the year began.

  • KayLea McCollom – Held the MS office together like a pro, making her replacement’s transition smooth and organized.

  • Lindsey Hague – Welcomes elementary students by name with warm smiles and a big heart at breakfast. 

  • Ariane Casady – Always optimistic, always helpful, always welcoming. 

  • Marissa Seaton – Put her heart into revamping the Art Room, giving students a fresh, inspiring space to create. 

Putnam County is packed with Welcome Back Champions! Thank you all for making the first month back to school organized, welcoming, and full of smiles.
