Today, we gathered to honor the incredible character, dedication, and service of our staff and students at Putnam County High School. These remarkable individuals have set the standard for what it means to be #PutnamProud!

 🌟 September Staff Member of the Month: Mrs. Jordan Buford
Mrs. Buford was selected by students for her dedication to both her teaching and coaching roles. Balancing her high school science classes and coaching softball, Mrs. Buford manages it all with a positive attitude and endless heart for her students—while also raising a busy toddler with her husband. Her hard work and passion shine through every day, inspiring her students and team alike.

👏 October CTE Student of the Month: Kyann Anders
Kyann has truly found her passion in Career and Technical Education (CTE) courses. As an active member of FCCLA, Kyann brings a positive attitude, gives her all, and works tirelessly to support her classmates. Her hard work and dedication to her goals are unmatched, making her a deserving recipient of this honor.

👏 October Self-Control Student of the Month: Maddi Beals
Maddi Beals exemplifies self-control, not just in the classroom but also on the softball field and in her everyday life. Her discipline, positive attitude, and consistent approach to excellence are an inspiration to her peers. She is a model student who represents the best of what PCHS stands for.

👏 October Rotary Student of the Month: Hoyt Halley
Hoyt Halley is known for his thoughtfulness, kindness, and willingness to help wherever he can—all with a smile and great sense of humor. His dedication to serving others and his positivity make him a natural leader and a wonderful representative of our school.
